Our office is open Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-5:00pm. We are closed on Friday’s. Our office has a secure voicemail so messages can be left at any time. All calls will be returned the next business day.

Patients can make appointments while in the office, or by telephone. Please note that we do our best to accommodate patients needs.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Our business days are Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.

Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours' notice, or missed appointments (No Shows), will result in the following charges billed to the credit card on file:

• New Patient Initial Consultation: $950
  
  

• Follow-Up Appointments: $300

Your medical record/information is strictly confidential. We will not release information to anyone without your written consent. A family member may accompany you to your appointments if you wish. Please complete our release form so that we know which providers you would like us to share information with so that we can coordinate your care appropriately.

Please request new prescriptions at your appointments. If a voicemail is left for a new prescription, please allow us 24-48 business hours to call a new script into the pharmacy of your choice. Also, when leaving a message for a script please leave all pertinent information. Including: First and last name, date of birth, prescriptions needed, pharmacy name, location, and their phone number.

If you are experiencing any type of emergency, please call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency department. Please notify the office or Dr. Gillespie via cell and/or email.
