Our office is open Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-5:00pm. We are closed on Friday’s. Our office has a secure voicemail so messages can be left at any time. All calls will be returned the next business day.

Patients can make appointments while in the office, or by telephone. Please note that we do our best to accommodate patients needs.

If you cannot keep your appointment a 24-hour notice must be provided by you to the office during our times of operation, or by going on our website/ your patient portal and canceling there. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours of business hours, or if there is a No Show, you will be responsible for the cost of that appointment and your credit card on file will be charged accordingly. If it is a New Patient Initial Consultation, late cancel/No Show fee is $950. For Follow Ups, the late cancel/No Show fee is $225.

Your medical record/information is strictly confidential. We will not release information to anyone without your written consent. A family member may accompany you to your appointments if you wish. Please complete our release form so that we know which providers you would like us to share information with so that we can coordinate your care appropriately.

Please request new prescriptions at your appointments. If a voicemail is left for a new prescription, please allow us 24-48 business hours to call a new script into the pharmacy of your choice. Also, when leaving a message for a script please leave all pertinent information. Including: First and last name, date of birth, prescriptions needed, pharmacy name, location, and their phone number.

If you are experiencing any type of emergency, please call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency department. Please notify the office or Dr. Gillespie via cell and/or email.
