EDMSC operates under a hybrid concierge model with a choice for a monthly or annual membership fee to participate in the practice and then a fee for follow-up sessions. Prior to committing to membership, we will offer an initial consultation that can either be used as a one-time expert evaluation or an initial step to determining if membership in EDMSC is best for you.

Meet and Greet

(In person or virtual based on patient preference)

We are now offering a new service, “Meet and Greet”, this free service will allow patients and families to learn more about the practice, meet the staff, and spend 10-15 minutes with Dr. Gillespie prior to scheduling their initial consultation.

Initial Consultation fee is as follows:

Dr. Gillespie: $950.00 New Patient 2-3 hour Initial Consultation includes annual concierge service fee. At this appointment Dr. Gillespie will review patients' history and records. She will then get weights, vitals, urinalysis, EKG and examine the patient. If needed, labs, bone density testing, and medications will be ordered. Following this part of the consultation, the patient and/or family will join Dr Gillespie in her office to go over concerns, values, and goals, and will work collaboratively with the patient to determine a good plan of action.

*For already established patients, no concierge membership fees will be collected at this time

Follow-up Appointment fees are as follows:

Dr. Gillespie: $225.00/45 min. session; $300.00/60 min. session and includes urinalysis, orthostatic vital signs, and an EKG if indicated.

*Services included in concierge fee:

—Annual physical, including forms

—Well woman care, Pap (pathology billed to insurance), STI testing (lab costs billed to insurance)

—Interpretation of lab results

—Interpretation of bone density results

—Medication management including refills, etc.

—EKG’s with interpretation

—Care coordination with other providers: dietician, therapist, psychiatrist (this communication occurs after all EDMSC appointments and involves a summary of the visit with me and review of all appointments with other providers between EDMSC appointments)

—All communication—text, email, phone calls with Dr. Gillespie

—All letters, FMLA, Disability forms

—Nasogastric tube insertions and feeds including formula and equipment

—Hospital and emergency room coordination if indicated

—Care coordination to initiate higher level of care if indicated

**Fees for all services rendered will be due at the time of the appointment and will be accepted in full by check, cash, or credit card
